FAQs for Potential Consultants
1. What is the commission percentage?
The commission is 30% there are volume bonuses of up to 5% as well as credit for free product and marketing materials that can be earned each month.
2. When I run out of catalogs and other essential supplies, do I purchase them myself?
You can purchase more marketing materials (catalogs, sample cards, brochures, etc). You can also earn monthly credit to get your supplies for free.
3. If I have to purchase party catalogs, what is the cost?
A pack of 25 catalogs sells for $12. They are designed to be handed out at a party and collected afterwards. If you have customers interested in becoming a consultant or other info then you can give them a brochure or have them take a catalog home.
4. Is there a requirement for the number of parties held during any time period - and is my first party supposed to be held by me or someone else?
No number of required parties but for every rolling 3 months you are required to sell a total minimum of $461. We suggest you hosting your first party and inviting friends and family to create a comfortable environment and receive feedback from your guests. However, it is your business and you can throw your first party anyway you choose.
5. What kind of training does Jamberry provide?
They are currently training through newsletters and training calls. There is also a Facebook page for consultants where you can ask questions and get help from the company and other consultants.
6. When do I get paid?
Jamberry processes commissions once a month through Propay. You will have your commissions on your Propay debit card no later than the 10th of each month.
7. What if I want to get paid sooner?
You can purchase an inventory of nail shields. The wholesale price is $10.50, so if you sell them for $15, you keep your $4.50 (30%) right then.
8. How often do new designs come out?
Jamberry adds new designs every season.
9. What does a consultant do at a Jamberry party?
You can decide how to run your parties, but it is recommended that you have a presentation on what Jamberry is, a demonstration of how to put the shields on (on yourself), and time for the guests to try on the nail shields themselves. Unless you are a licensed nail tech, a consultant cannot apply nail shields to guests.
